Conflict resolution occurs when each side is satisfied with the compromised outcome.  We accomplish this by listening to each party in a dispute and providing opportunities and recommendations to meet each party's needs.

All conflict resolution services performed for clients are well documented and conducted as directed by the employer, whether through a case coordinator, case manager or other responsible person.
